Hi, I’m Claire ... a Mental Performance Coach passionate about helping people unlock their potential from the inside out. I hold a Master’s in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Springfield College and have years of experience working with athletes, performers, students, and high achievers to build the mental tools needed to thrive under pressure, stay focused, and show up with confidence.
As a former collegiate soccer player , I know firsthand how powerful — and necessary — the mental side of performance truly is. That experience shaped my purpose: to support others in developing confidence, resilience, and clarity not just in sport, but in life.
