Our initial intake session is the foundation for your mental performance journey. In this 45-minute session, we’ll explore who you are as both a performer and a person. We’ll dive into your goals, challenges, and the mental skills you'd like to strengthen—whether it's confidence, attention , motivation, or anything in between.
This is a space to share your story and for us to begin building trust, understanding, and a tailored approach to your development. Together, we’ll identify key performance areas to target and create a roadmap to help you become the most mentally strong, consistent, and resilient version of yourself—on and off the field.

This meeting is designed to give you a clear understanding of what mental performance coaching is, how it works, and how it can support growth and success.
Whether you're a coach looking to support your team, a parent curious about how this can benefit your child, or a performer interested in getting started, this is a space to ask questions, learn more about the approach, and explore if it’s the right fit.

This interactive workshop is designed to strengthen your team’s/ groups mental game and create a shared mindset for performance and growth.
Through guided discussion, team activities, and sport-specific application, athletes will reflect on their individual roles while also connecting as a unit. The workshop is tailored to your team’s needs and culture, making space for honest conversations, mindset shifts, and strategies you can bring directly to practice and competition.
